The following are some actions that lead to exceeding emotional freedom in individuals:
Asking questions that are inappropriate for the nature of the relationship. Revealing personal and emotional information.
Pushing people to justify their feelings. Believing that they know how others feel.
Telling individuals about their own feelings. Excessive sympathy without permission.

Mental freedom Mental freedom refers to one's own thoughts and curiosity, and it also includes respecting the thoughts of others, and thinking about the right time to have a dialogue. Mental freedom is exceeded when one's ideas are rejected and their value is diminished. Therefore, one must respect the opinions of others and dialogue and understanding in an appropriate manner.
